Mis Downing Promotions Gives Back to Community with Amateur Show

LANGHORNE, PA (JUNE 9, 2022)–This Saturday at The One Punch Boxing Gym in The Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne, PA, Mis Downing Promotions will present a special amateur boxing show that will feature some of the best young talent in the are.

Proceeds from the show will go to The Legacy.

Dubbed, “Wardogs VIII”, the doors will open at 2 PM ET and will feature Wardogs Boxing’s blood and guts warrior, “The American Dream” Ethan Mercado will be back in action against Philly’s next champ Rock Naimjonov.

Rancy Slanger of Wardogs Boxing is making his return to the ring after a two-year layoff, and he will be going up against “The Birdman” Johnny White of Willingboro boxing.

And finally the rematch of the Philadelphia Golden gloves 2022 165 open class championship.  Zaykeem Fields and Naheem Britton

Those fights will be among 15 fights scheduled for the event. Each participant will receive boxing gear that is being donated by The Legacy, which is an organization that was founded by Weatta Frazier Collins and the CEO Joe Frazier Jr. Joe Frazier Jr. is the husband of Mis Downing. “This boxing show was very dear to me. The reason why I chose this gym to do this Boxing show is because this was the last gym my father was in before he passed away, And the reason why I chose Bill Kane, Head Coach of Wardogs was because he was the last coach my dad gave words of wisdom to. So I feel like me coming back into the boxing business where my father left off Is ideal, and I dedicate this show to my father. James Downing Who dedicated his life to the youth boxing. I would also like to thank Sponsors AEI insurance and Castle Public adjuster,” said Mis Downing.
