CRANSTON, RI – CES MMA, the premier mixed martial arts promotion in New England, is hosting a press conference at the Historic Park Theater in Cranston on Wednesday, July 12th at 2 pm to announce the return of one of Rhode Island’s favorite sons, Gary “Batman” Balletto Jr.
Balletto Jr. faces “The Prince of Persia,” Saeid Mirzaei, for the vacant CES MMA Middleweight World Championship at the Historic Park Theater on July 29th. The bout serves as the main event of a stacked card featuring 7 professional bouts and 10 amateur match-ups.
Gary Balletto Jr., a beloved native of Cranston and a rising star in both the MMA and boxing scenes, is 7-3 in the cage and a perfect 4-0 in the ring. In Mirzaei, Balletto Jr. will showcase his skills against a battle-tested foe who is 4-2-1 as a pro and 16-2 as an amateur.
This highly anticipated fight for the vacant CES MMA Middleweight World title marks a pivotal moment in Balletto Jr.’s journey, as he strives to etch his name into the annals of MMA and Rhode Island history.
