DENVER (January 22, 2022) – Longtime boxing promoter Aurelio Martinez will sponsor a fundraising event on behalf of CC Edwards and the Denver Police Brotherhood Youth Boxing organization on February 12, 2022. The fundraiser will be held at Glenn Goodson’s A-1 Boxing in the Aurora Mall, 14200 E Alameda Ave, Aurora, CO 80012. First bout at 1 PM.

CC Edwards and the Denver Police Brotherhood Youth Boxing gym took a big hit and a devastating blow to the youth boxing program. Sometime between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning [1/18-19/22], thieves stole a trailer filled with boxing equipment and a new competition boxing ring. This boxing ring and equipment were used to assist all local clubs with their own amateur boxing events and fundraisers. Not only did the thieves cripple the Denver Police Brotherhood Youth Boxing program but they hurt all local boxing clubs!
Our goal is to raise thirty-thousand dollars ($30,000) so the Denver Police Brotherhood Youth Boxing organization can replace the stolen boxing equipment and trailer. The Denver Police Brotherhood Youth Boxing is a 501(c) non-profit organization.
