Updated Media Alert: IBA President Press Conference to take place in hybrid format on 1 May in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan – IBA President Umar Kremlev hybrid press conference is going to take place on 1 May. The press conference is organized in Tashkent for accredited media and will cover a broad number of topics, including boxing future at the Olympics and the latest developments within IBA, announcement of key competitions in 2024 and partnership announcements. 

President Kremlev will be available to address questions from media on-site and online.

Men’s World Boxing Championships 2023 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan:

118 countries are registered to take part in the IBA Men’s World Boxing Championships in Tashkent that will take place from 30 April – 14 May at the Humo Arena. More than 670 boxers are preparing to participate in 13 men’s weight categories in Uzbekistan’s capital.
