Wednesday Night Fights returns tonight on ProBox TV from Plant City, Florida

(October 18, 2023) – The evening’s main event will see Brandon Glanton lock horns with Carlos Frometa over 10 rounds in the cruiserweight division. Glanton (17-2, and 14 KOs) is no stranger to the network, his most recent appearance being a majority-decision loss to Solan Asbarov in Dubai prior to split-decision loss to David Light last year. Cuban Frometa (12-1, 7 KOs) comes off 11 straight victories, his only career defeat coming in his pro debut.

The chief support will see the undefeated Mexican born Australian based Mateo Tapia (15-0, 9 KOs) collide with Mexico’s Eric Robles (9-2, 8 KOs) over 8 rounds at super middleweight. Both men make their American debut on ProBox TV tomorrow night.

Florida’s talented Darrelle Valsaint (9-0, 7 KOs) squares off with Brazilian Diego Allan Ferreira Iablonski (10-1, 6 KOs) and the highly touted Najee Lopez (7-0, 6 KOs) faces Khaineel Wheeler (7-3, 6 KOs), both bouts scheduled for 8 rounds at 168 pounds. Opening the broadcast action will be Puerto Rican Jaycob Gomez (7-0-1 5 KOs) as he takes on Brazil’s Robenilson de Jesus (5-0, 1 KO) at super featherweight.
